1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital resources (scripts, resources and development services) for FiveM servers, published by — under the Spazz Studio brand.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, together with those of the Tebex platform.

2. The role of Tebex

Orders are processed by Tebex, acting as merchant of record. Tebex collects payment, issues the invoice and handles the VAT applicable in the buyer's country.

Spazz Studio never collects or stores banking details.

3. Products and prices

The essential characteristics of each product — description, framework compatibility, contents — are stated on its product page. Prices are displayed including the taxes applicable to your country, as calculated by Tebex.

Spazz Studio may change its prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Some products are offered free of charge. They are subject to the same licence terms as paid products.

4. Delivery

Delivery is automatic and immediate. Once payment is confirmed, the product is attached to the buyer's FiveM Keymaster account, from which the files can be downloaded.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid FiveM identifier at checkout. An incorrect identifier may delay delivery; if that happens, contact support.

5. Licence of use

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product — not a transfer of ownership. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, this licence allows:

• use of the product on one single server operated by the buyer;
• editing of the configuration files left open.

It prohibits:

• resale, rental, sharing or redistribution, whether free of charge or not;
• publication of the source code, in whole or in part;
• any attempt to bypass the Cfx.re escrow protection.

Any breach terminates the licence immediately, without refund, and may lead to legal action.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun, with the consumer's prior express consent, before the end of the withdrawal period.

By confirming an order, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and waives their right of withdrawal as soon as the product is made available on their Keymaster.

7. Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly, so refunds are not automatic. However:

• If a product does not work as described on its product page, the responsibility is ours: we fix the defect, or we issue a refund.
• If a product is incompatible with the buyer's setup while compatibility is clearly stated on its product page, no refund is due. We still review every case and, where possible, offer a solution or an adaptation.

All requests go through a ticket on our Discord, quoting the order reference.

8. Support and updates

Every purchase gives lifetime access to updates of that product, made available on the buyer's Keymaster.

Technical support is provided through our Discord. It covers installation and operation of the product in its original state. It does not cover modifications made by the buyer, nor conflicts caused by third-party resources.

9. Liability

Our products are supplied as is. It is the buyer's responsibility to check, before purchase, their compatibility with their framework and server build — this information appears on every product page, and our support answers pre-sale questions free of charge.

Spazz Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages, in particular data loss, service interruption or loss of business arising from the use of its products. The buyer is responsible for backing up their server before any installation.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the buyer should first contact our support to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, consumers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge, or refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
